Yes, to change your RSVP status click on “Account” in the header and then “My events.”

Parking availability varies by event. Logistics for each event will be added to each event page in July, and will also be included in your event reconfirmation email.

Yes, all events require an individual RSVP. Please review your event dashboard to ensure your RSVP has been successfully submitted and that the event appears in your schedule.

Event RSVPs are individual and non-transferable unless otherwise noted. Due to limited capacity, only guests who have separately registered and received confirmation will be admitted.

If your guest is a Museum member, they should register using the email address associated with their membership account.  If your guest is not currently a member, they may register beginning July 15, or they are welcome to become a member for earlier access to AIR Festival registration.

Each attendee must RSVP individually through the AIR registration portal using the email associated with their membership account. As a Dual Member or above, each name registered to your Membership will have access to register for events. To confirm the email associated to your membership account, please contact [email protected].

Due to limited capacity, only guests with confirmed individual registrations will be admitted to events.

Only successfully registered VIP Program events will appear under “Your Events” in your account dashboard. Events managed through a third-party registration platform, such as Anderson Ranch Arts Center programs, will not appear in the dashboard.

Yes, the Museum has curated recommendations for travel, local accommodations, dining, and other helpful information for your visit to Aspen. Please visit https://airaspen.org/visit for additional details and planning resources.

While AIR programming is free for all, members do receive early access to event registration based on their membership level. Learn more by visiting our Registration page. To inquire about membership upgrades and AIR access, please contact our membership team at [email protected]

Once an event has reached capacity, you may join the waitlist by clicking 'Register Your Interest'. The event will then appear as 'Pending' in your Dashboard. If a space becomes available and we are able to accommodate your request, you will receive an email notification and the event status in your Dashboard will automatically update to 'Confirmed'. Please note that joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission, as availability is dependent on cancellations and capacity restrictions.

QR codes will only download to compatible smartphones. If you encounter an issue downloading your QR code, please take a screenshot instead.

AIR REGISTRATION ACCESS

You must be logged in to access the AIR 2026 Registration Portal.

Please enter the email address associated with your Aspen Art Museum Membership. A secure login link will be sent to your inbox. Once you submit your email address, please check your inbox for your login link. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

If you are not currently an Aspen Art Museum Member, you may register beginning July 15 when registration opens to Non-Members. Should you wish to register for events earlier than July 15, you are welcome to become a Member HERE for earlier registration access and additional invitations to special events.
